2. Device Permissions

This operational space is allocated strictly for localized personal or professional system utility execution sequences.
2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You assume total operational accountability and liability for all source syntax, database logs, and text data elements that you interact with or input into the local App shell environment.
3. Intellectual Property
All core compilation source code logic, interactive user experience wireframes, localized graphics layouts, branding iconography, and trademark configurations are the exclusive structural property of Reborn Agency. Users may not unpack, reverse engineer, decompile, mirror, extract, or redistribute the binary structures of the App bundle without direct corporate written authorization from our core management desk.
4. "As Is" Disclaimer & Liability Bounds
Disclaimer: TextKit Sandbox is compiled and delivered directly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without structural warranties or performance guarantees of any explicit or implicit categorization.
Limitation of Liability: Under no legal, tort, or regulatory circumstances shall Reborn Agency be held accountable or legally liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, auxiliary, accidental, or punitive structural damages—including file corruption or system utility execution delays—arising out of your interaction with the framework components.
5. Termination
We maintain full administrative control to suspend development, transform system architectures, or discontinue software distributions at any sequence phase without operational liability or forward notifications. You can completely terminate your agreement parameters at any point by purging the application bundle binary from your physical Android hardware environment.
